Restore comfort. Renew confidence.
Fotona IntimaLase and IncontiLase — non-surgical laser treatment for vaginal tightening, dryness, and stress urinary incontinence. Body Balance is the only Fotona IntimaLase provider in Clark County. Performed exclusively by our DNP medical director.
About the Treatment
Changes in the vaginal area are a normal part of life — after childbirth, through hormonal shifts, or simply with time. What isn't normal is being told to accept discomfort, dryness, or leaking as the price of any of it. These are treatable, and the conversation about them should be routine.
Searching for laser vaginal rejuvenation or vaginal tightening near me in the Vancouver or Camas, WA area? At Body Balance Health & Aesthetics Medicine in Camas, we offer Fotona IntimaLase for vaginal laxity, tone, dryness, and comfort during intimacy, and Fotona IncontiLase for stress urinary incontinence. Body Balance is the only Fotona IntimaLase provider in Clark County — no drive to Portland required. Every treatment is performed personally by Alana Berdiyev, DNP, ARNP, our onsite medical director — a women's health provider and member of the North American Menopause Society who holds an Advanced Fotona Laser Medicine Certification. Sessions run 20–30 minutes.
"Vaginal health is women's health. These are clinical concerns with clinical answers — and they deserve to be assessed by someone who treats hormones, menopause, and pelvic symptoms every week, not handed off." — Alana Berdiyev, DNP, ARNP, FNP-C · Medical Director & Founder, Body Balance Med
How It Works
Both treatments use Fotona's Er:YAG laser to gently heat tissue in the vaginal wall, stimulating new collagen and elastin production. IntimaLase directs that effect toward improving tone, elasticity, and natural lubrication. IncontiLase targets the connective tissue supporting the bladder and urethra, strengthening pelvic floor support to reduce involuntary leakage.
Both are internal, non-surgical, walk-in walk-out treatments — no anesthesia, no incisions, and no medication. If you're comparing devices, we broke down Fotona IntimaLase vs. MonaLisa Touch in detail. Sessions run 20–30 minutes, and you return to normal activities the same day, avoiding intercourse for 24 hours. Alana determines the right protocol for you based on your symptoms and examination — this is not a fixed menu you choose from.
Treatment Areas
These are common, treatable conditions — and they are assessed the way any other medical concern would be. Every treatment is performed by the same provider, every visit.
Your provider will assess your skin and goals during your consultation and recommend a plan — including whether a different treatment would serve you better.

Stress urinary incontinence — leaking when you cough, sneeze, laugh, or lift — is extraordinarily common and almost never discussed. Many patients have quietly reorganized their lives around it: the extra pad, the bathroom check before leaving, the exercise class they stopped going to.
IncontiLase strengthens the connective tissue supporting the bladder and urethra without surgery, mesh, or medication. It is a medical treatment for a medical condition, and it is assessed as one: Alana evaluates your pelvic floor function and rules out other causes of leakage before recommending it.
Meet Your Providers
Vaginal rejuvenation is a women's health treatment, not a spa service. Every IntimaLase and IncontiLase session at Body Balance is performed personally by our medical director — the same provider, every visit.
Alana founded Body Balance on a conviction that patients in Camas and Vancouver, WA deserve the same standard of clinical care in an aesthetics setting they'd expect from any medical practice — and she is the onsite medical director, personally performing every IntimaLase and IncontiLase treatment.
Her clinical background in women's health, combined with an Advanced Fotona Laser Medicine Certification, is why Body Balance is the only clinic in Clark County offering Fotona IntimaLase. Other clinics in the area offer laser vaginal treatments; this particular Er:YAG protocol is available here. Her practice is built around women's health: hormone therapy, menopause and perimenopause management, and the pelvic and genitourinary symptoms that come with them. That is the clinical lens she brings to IntimaLase — laxity, dryness, and leakage are evaluated as part of a whole hormonal and pelvic picture, not treated as isolated cosmetic complaints.
Clinical Standards
Choosing where to receive intimate laser treatment is a medical decision, and it deserves more scrutiny than most. Medical information notice: the content on this page is educational and is not a substitute for a clinical consultation — candidacy, expected results, and risks are determined individually. Here's how Body Balance approaches that responsibility.
We treat exclusively on the Fotona dual-wavelength medical laser system — the same platform used in gynecology practices internationally, maintained and calibrated to manufacturer specification. Body Balance is the only Fotona IntimaLase provider in Clark County.
Every IntimaLase and IncontiLase treatment is performed personally by Alana Berdiyev, DNP, ARNP, FNP-C. This treatment is never delegated to another staff member, and you will see the same provider at every visit.
Alana's clinical background in women's health and her NAMS membership mean this is approached as a medical treatment within a broader picture of your health — including hormonal factors that may be contributing.
Alana's practice centers on women's health — hormones, menopause, and pelvic symptoms. Laxity, dryness, and leakage are evaluated against that full picture, including whether a hormonal cause should be addressed alongside or instead of laser treatment.
Symptoms like leaking, dryness, or discomfort can have causes that laser treatment will not address. Your provider evaluates for those first and will refer you rather than treat you when that's the right answer.
Our clinic maintains emergency protocols consistent with best practices for medical procedures. Alana's high-acuity hospital background — surgical nursing, oncology, and women's health — brings a depth of patient-management experience to our safety protocols.
Patient Selection
Being selective about who we treat is part of how we practice safely. At every consultation, your provider assesses whether treatment is appropriate right now — not just whether it's possible. A good provider declines when the conditions aren't right. We do.
What to Expect
Why Body Balance
Body Balance is the only Fotona IntimaLase provider in Clark County — patients in Camas and Vancouver no longer need to travel to Portland for this treatment.
Every treatment is performed personally by Alana Berdiyev, DNP, ARNP, FNP-C, our onsite medical director. Not a technician, not a rotating provider — the same clinician at every visit.
Alana treats hormones, menopause, and pelvic symptoms week in and week out — so IntimaLase is assessed as women's health, with hormonal causes considered alongside it. It appears on our full Fotona laser menu, but it is always performed by Alana alone.
Cherry financing with 0% APR options for qualifying purchases is available. HSA/FSA eligibility may vary by treatment and should be confirmed with your plan. You will get a transparent estimate at your consultation.

Fotona Fotona IntimaLase is a non-surgical Er:YAG laser treatment that stimulates collagen and elastin production within the vaginal wall, improving tone, elasticity, and natural lubrication. It requires no incisions and no anesthesia, and sessions run 20–30 minutes.
Yes. Body Balance Health & Aesthetics Medicine is the only Fotona IntimaLase provider in Clark County, which means patients in Camas and Vancouver, WA no longer need to travel to Portland for this treatment.
IncontiLase is Fotona's laser treatment specifically for stress urinary incontinence — it strengthens the connective tissue supporting the bladder and urethra to reduce or eliminate involuntary leakage. IntimaLase focuses on vaginal tone, elasticity, and lubrication. Alana determines which protocol is appropriate for you based on your symptoms and examination — it is a clinical decision, not a package you select.
Most treatment plans involve 2–3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart, followed by an annual maintenance session to sustain results. Your provider will confirm your specific plan at consultation.
Both IntimaLase and IncontiLase are walk-in, walk-out treatments. Sessions run 20–30 minutes and you resume normal activities the same day. The only restriction is avoiding intercourse for 24 hours, which is covered in your written aftercare instructions.
Because the treatment works by stimulating your own collagen and elastin, change is gradual rather than immediate. Many patients notice improvement in the weeks following their first session, with the fullest result developing over the two to three months after completing the series.
Pricing depends on which protocol Alana determines is appropriate and how many sessions your plan includes. We provide a transparent estimate during your consultation rather than publishing package pricing that may not fit your situation. HSA/FSA eligibility may vary by treatment and should be confirmed with your plan. Cherry financing with 0% APR options for qualifying purchases is available.

This treatment is not appropriate during pregnancy or within 6 weeks postpartum, with an active vaginal, urinary tract, or pelvic infection, with a current or suspected gynecologic malignancy, after recent pelvic surgery or with an IUD placement requiring evaluation first, with abnormal or unexplained vaginal bleeding that has not been evaluated, or with severe pelvic organ prolapse that may need surgical rather than laser management. Your provider will evaluate you fully at consultation and will refer you rather than treat you when that is the right answer.
